Transaction Terms, Privacy Notice, and Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Transaction Terms (Stripe Subscriptions)

1.1 Payments & Subscription Billing

• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Your subscription may be billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select at checkout.
• By subscribing, you authorize MKD Consulting Group to charge your selected payment method through Stripe for the applicable renewal period.

1.2 Stripe Processing

• Stripe may collect and process information necessary to complete your subscription payment and manage renewals.
• MKD Consulting Group receives payment status and related billing confirmation from Stripe to provide and manage your subscription.

1.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes

• MKD Consulting Group provides bid-readiness support and curated opportunity matching.
• No contract award, bid win, or specific business result is guaranteed or promised.

1.4 Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate business and contact information during onboarding and keep it updated to receive services and opportunity alerts.

2) Privacy Notice

2.1 Information We Collect

To deliver subscription services, we may collect:

• Business information (e.g., company name, address, service lines)
• Contact information (e.g., name, email, phone)
• Procurement-related inputs you provide (e.g., NAICS codes, preferences, and business details)
• Stripe subscription and billing status related to your purchase

2.2 How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your subscription account
• Provide subscription benefits (readiness guidance, curated opportunities, training/assistance where applicable)
• Improve matching and service delivery based on the information you provide
• Send necessary account and subscription communications

2.3 Sharing of Information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may share information with vendors or service providers strictly to operate the subscription program (including Stripe for billing).

2.4 Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

2.5 Your Rights

You may request updates or deletion of certain information where allowed by law. Some records (including billing records) may be retained to meet legal, accounting, or compliance obligations.

3) Refund & Cancellation Policy (No Refund; End of Following Month)

3.1 Refunds

• There will be no refunds of subscription payments for any reason.
• This includes partial months, unused time, or early termination of the subscription.

3.2 Cancellation by Client (Any Time)

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges.

3.3 Subscription End Date After Cancellation (Following Month Rule)

• If you cancel your subscription, your subscription remains active until the last day of the following month after your cancellation request is processed.
• After the subscription end date, subscription benefits will stop and no further billing will occur.

3.4 Monthly and Annual Plans

• The no refund rule applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Cancellation timing follows the same last day of the following month rule described above.

3.5 Termination by MKD

• MKD Consulting Group may suspend or terminate a subscription for violations of this policy or misuse of the services.
• Refunds will not be provided, consistent with the no refund policy.
